Bike Checkup Information

Element Triathlon in Edmonton is the perfect place to get your bike checked out before race day!

Your bike must be in proper working order to do our race. We ask this of you to keep you safe, so that you can have an enjoyable and fun ride!

This means:

Tires inspected for wear

Tires inflated to correct pressures

Spare Tire kit is intact and ready to use

Chain and cassette are mechanically sound and oiled

Brakes work without squeaking or worry.

The frame is not cracked or worn to the point of concern.

All bolts are tightened to specification.

These are just some of the things that you need to make sure are done. We want all of you to have a safe and enjoyable bike ride, before, during and after GWN!
